| Our Professional Dry Cleaning Process (VLM)Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Every great carpet cleaning company starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technicians will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. They will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be pre-vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil. We vacuum thoroughly every job, every time.
Step 3: Furniture Moving Your upholstery: Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as; beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs as needed.
Step 4: Pre-Condition & Pre-Spot Treatment Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal. Our spot removal process removes more spots than most companies in Georgia.
Step 5: Pre-Groom
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer to further loosen traffic area soiling.
Step 6: Deep Clean & Extract 
Once the soil has been loosened, our carpet cleaners use a professional rotary dry cleaning machine, rotating at 200 rotations per minute begins to deep clean and extract all foreign particles from your carpet. We use both a soft bristle brush and polyester and microfiber carpet bonnets as part of the extraction process. Our cleaning process applies pressure and heat with very little moisture (vlm) so your carpets are not over-wet and dries in minutes, instead of hours. This step also improves your air quality by removing the pollens, pollutants, and dust mites, etc. from the carpet.
Step 7: Post Spot Treatment
 If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed after a through cleaning. Note: This excludes permanent stains that are identified by our carpet cleaners in the pre-inspection.Step 8: Carpet Protector
