Our Professional Dry Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Every great carpet cleaning company starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technicians will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. They will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum

Your carpet will be pre-vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil. We vacuum thoroughly every job every time.

Step 3: Furniture Moving

Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as; beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs as needed.

Step 4: Pre-Condition & Pre-Spot Treatment

Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.

Step 5: Pre-Groom

Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer to further loosen traffic area soiling.

Step 6: Deep Clean & Extract

Once the soil has been loosened, our professional rotary dry cleaning machine, rotating at 200 rotations per minute begins to deep clean and extract all foreign particles from your carpet. We use both a soft bristle brush and polyester and microfiber carpet bonnets as part of the extraction process. Our cleaning process applies pressure and heat with very little moisture so your carpets are not over-wet and dries in minutes, instead of hours. This step also improves your air quality by removing the pollens, pollutants, and dust mites, etc. from the carpet.

Step 7: Post Spot Treatment

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed after a through cleaning. Note: This excludes permanent stains that are identified by our service technician in the pre-inspection.

Step 8: Carpet Protector(optional but recommended)

Carpets protected with DuPont's Teflon last longer, clean up easier and stay clean longer.

Step 9: Post Grooming

The carpet pile is set in up position for faster drying and a better visual appeal when DuPont's Teflon carpet protector has been applied. (One room free protector when requested.)

If there is a large amount of small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc., please remove these items if you want the carpet cleaned in these areas. Arrange for pets and children to be away from the area that we are cleaning, and away from all equipment.

After Your Carpeting Is Cleaned…
Be careful walking from carpet to hard surfaces! Floors can be very slippery. Keep pets and children off of carpet for at least 15 minutes to an hour. Leave blocks and tabs for at least 1 hour after carpet is cleaned.
