Never late guarantee.  We have a 2 hour window for service calls during normal business season. We don't double book so if we are ever late it is due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will call you asap and offer you free teflon carpet protector in any 2 areas or disinfect and deodorize your place free of charge or take an additional 10% off your bill for the inconvenience.  Your time is just as important to us.
